Cooperative vocational education
is an educational program developed through a cooperative
arrangement between the school and employers in the community
for the purpose of providing students with an opportunity
to alternate in-school academic and vocational instruction
with entry-level employment in an occupational field. The
student's total experience is planned, coordinated, and supervised
by the school and the employer. |

or Course Requirement: |
The course requires that
each student attend the cooperative education class one period
daily and take other academic courses. In the program, the
student must be required to work a minimum of 15 hours a week
at the assigned training station. |
